When was the last time you checked-in with yourself? When was the last time you spent the time to get into your present moment and feel grateful for the things in your life that are going well. The people that do love you. Have you tried an online or in person check-in?
The Check-in is a simple tool that allows you the space to take note of your feelings, yourself, and those around you. It is a simple structure that you can use with yourself or others. It’s not a cure. It’s not even the only answer out there. However, it is a readily available opportunity for you to get out of your head, get out of that slump, or simply debrief on all of the amazing things going on in your life.

If you’re thinking, “Oh, I’m not depressed, I don’t need something like this”, you might just be right. But what if you’re wrong? What if you’re wrong about not “needed something like this” and actually you might just be able elevate to a new plain of awareness in your being?
No, The Check-in does not solve all problems, and it certainly won’t fix anything for you. However, with your buy-in and work, it will allow you the clarity to best handle your current situation, the balance to be okay with feeling sad or angry, and the awareness to act from a place of gratitude or love rather than from your anger or pain.
